Tasting Notes: Saten is one of the most delicate and elegant Franciacorta. Produced only in the best vintages, it derives from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the high hill vineyards. The selection of the grapes is meticulous to say the least, as is the slow maturation in small white oak barrels. Once assembled, the cuvée ages in the cellar for at least 4 years. The abundant froth, the very fine perlage and the golden straw color announce bewitching and sweet aromas of pink flowers, ripe citrus fruits and noisette. The fine mouth follows the trail, it is soft and creamy, perfectly balanced between ripe touches and fresh sensations.
