A large Retro era brooch or clip of a bouquet of lovely flowers, most likely symbolic forget-me-nots, crafted in solid 18K yellow gold with diamond and man-made ruby accents.  This statement piece measures a substantial 4 inches long by 2 inches wide, and weighs a heavy 27.4 grams.  There are a mix of old mine cut and rose cut diamonds set in the center of the flowers, as well as the stem.  The man-made rubies set in the stems add a lovely pop of color.  There is a lovely combination of gold finishes, including a softer matte and a shinier high polish, adding more texture to the piece.  The back of the is stamped with various unknown hallmarks.

Diamonds: Approximately 1 carat 

Measurements: 4 inches long by 2.2 inches (at its widest point)

Condition: In good vintage condition with some surface wear consistent with age.  There are some old solder repairs done in the back, and some glue has been added to the back of some of the red stones.
