Tasting Notes: Pale yellow color with fine bubbles. On the nose it is subtle with subtle aromas of apple along with notes of white flowers and hints of biscuit. In the mouth it is elegant and refreshing, creamy notes appear with a touch of acidity and an elegant finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or with snacks, it also goes perfectly with oysters.
