A charming white rhinestone circle brooch, like a wreath adorned with a corsage of sparkling flowers. A subtly graduated ring of round rhinestones set in silver-tone costume metal. Round and marquise-shaped rhinestones form a bouquet that sits on the circle's left-hand side. Ribbons of bright baguettes hang from the flowers. Very well made, finely engraved detail beautifies the surface of the piece. It's elegant, it's jaunty, and it's signed on the back "Jomaz." Circa 1950.

New York City-based company Jomaz opened its doors in 1927 and closed in 1981. Designer Joseph Mazer, sometimes signing pieces Mazer or Jomaz, produced high-quality and affordable copies of fine jewelry.
